Andrea ‘Annie’ Bova is a graduate of Ithaca College, receiving her Master of Science degree in Occupational Therapy in 2009. Annie has been an occupational therapist for the past 9 years and has worked in pediatrics providing services for children in early intervention and preschool. She has provided evaluation and therapeutic services to children with a variety of diagnosis and developmental disabilities to help improve their motor, cognitive, sensory processing, communication and play skills. Annie has also mentored and supervised a variety of Occupational Therapy students over the past 8 years from Ithaca College, Keuka College, and Utica College. These internships have included demonstration and supervision of a variety of therapeutic strategies, teaching the evaluation and write up process, and modeling interactions and guiding students through interactions with family members and children with a variety of diagnoses and developmental disabilities.
